Kimberly S. West was born in Jackson, Ms. to Robert and Teresa West. Her parents owned a historical establishment in west Jackson called West Lounge. She began experimenting in music with family members at an early age and as a teenager she began having artist showcases. It was this experience that made her take music serious.


In 2011 A mutual friend introduced her to Deadwronggg at Optimo Palace Recording Studios, and in October of that year "He Say She Say" her debut album was released. That release created a huge buzz around Jackson and the surrounding areas in Mississippi with the hit singles "Goin Steady" and "Heaven Sent".


K-West has collaborated with independent artist locally as well as mainstream artist like Young Bleed, won "The Mississippi Hip-Hop Awards" Artist of the Year, and was nominated for "Best Female Hip-Hop Artist" by "The Jackson Music Awards". Since her last release she has done many features, several videos and countless performances.


K-West is currently working on her new projects, "Married 2 Da Hustle", "Bonnie and Clyde"(A collaboration album with J-Biggz) and

"Make Another Me" which will be released early 2013.

Synopsis

Born Cory Kendrick Boyd on May 3, 1992 in Jackson Ms. weird-o-Clay grew up in drug infested streets in a hood called Georgetown on the west-side of Jackson. He turned to music to escape.

 

Early Life

 weird-o-CLAY was the last of three children, parents; Tracey and Walter Boyd. CLAY attended Lanier High School in Jackson Ms. After High School he went on to multiple colleges to pursue sports but found more success in music. Throughout his teen years he started producing and has produced countless tracks.

In 2011 weird-o-CLAY met Dead Wronggg C.E.O./Owner of Optimo Palace, which was the start of Clay's career. After becoming a member of Optimo Palace, Dead taught CLAY how to engineer and now CLAY stands as the producer/co-engineer and a rapper for Optimo Palace. weird-o-CLAY has release multiple singles such as; Ho Stroll, Turn Up, Long, Deep and Wide, She Do The Most and countless others. CLAY has multiple videos, all to the singles that has been released, alone with ringtone downloads. CLAY has done over countless features with multiple artist such as Young Bleed, who had the top selling hit (How You Do That). CLAY is his own producer and and the producer for many artist around Mississippi and the world.

James Lee Thomas Jr. born in Jackson,Ms ( August 9, 1989), better known by his stage name J-Biggz (also known as The Palace Don-DaDa, formerly known as Biggz), is an American rapper, songwriter, and recording engineer, best known for his singles " Waiting 2 Blow "and" Champion " and his strong, powerful,"In your face" delivery impact that he puts on records. 
 

 At the age of 13, he won countless rap cyphers,and contests that began to gain him local popularity as a rap artist. He exercised and strengthen his craft at various events, such as The All Star Rap Music Festival, Club Dreamz Generations Next Indie Artist Showcase and Mississippi's own Fall Festival. At age 16, he met Deadwronggg and Quia S.E.M.I.N.A.R of Optimo Palace as a paying customer to further launch his indie career in music, that, in itself began a relationship that later would prove to be considered most epic.

In 2011, he released his debut album entitled " Street Speech " which was followed by his first mixtape " Black T & Levis " , J-Biggz is currently working on his second album " Beat Orders " and second mixtape " Bonnie & Clyde " featuring K West The ShowStopper set to be released early 2013.

D'Andre Lemont Jones born in Jackson, MS (January 16, 1984), better known by his stage name 808 tha BASS (formally known as Dre tha BASS), is an American artist, songwriter, video director, and recording engineer. Best known for the single "BASS N*GGA". His deep baritone sound and aggressive style makes it easy to separate him from others.

Although he was born in Mississippi as a baby he was moved to Joliet, IL where he spent his childhood. At a very young age he realized he had a deep love for music and at the age of 16 began to play around with the art. It wasn't until he graduated high school and moved to Mississippi that he began to take it serious. He met up with an aspiring CEO by the name of Ski (also known as Jumpman Ski). They created a talented group solo artist called "Team Yea Yea". They produced hits such as "Hi-5", "Dis my shit" and a list of others. They traveled around the southern states supplying music and performing at events.

In 2010 he met up with Dead Wronggg and Quia S.E.M.I.N.A.R. through a mutual friend and began recording some songs with Optimo Palace and a relationship was formed and evolved into what it is today. After numerous features and shows his highly anticipated debut album is set to drop late 2012.
